Specs
Send drawings, a reference piece or a tech pack: sizes, wood, finish, hardware, packing and labelling.

Quote and workshop match
We price it with the workshops that suit the product and tell you the minimum order and lead time.

Sample
One of each piece is made and photographed, or sent to you. Production waits for your approval.

Production run
Made to the approved sample. Your labels, branded packing and carton marks are applied in Jepara.

Inspection and shipping
We check the run against the sample before it is packed, then ship from Semarang.
Shipping to the US
Wood furniture entering the US needs a Lacey Act declaration naming the species and where it was harvested. We only use workshops whose timber is SVLK-licensed, so that information exists and is on paper.
Import duty on Indonesian furniture has changed several times recently. We quote it as a separate line with the rate in force when you order, rather than building a guess into the price.
